Foggy Creek... 35mm 1/30s @ f/8 Provia 100F (RDP III)
This was shot one morning in December. The day before was
rainy and cold. Living in Virginia gives you a chance to shoot great cloud
formations and foggy landscape. Lucketsville is about 10 minutes north of
Leesburgh.
WoodWorker (Colonial Williamsburg) ... 45mm 1/30s @ f/2.8 Fuji Velvia
Natural light from the window. Using a rangefinder enables to
capture sharp images in low light without the use of a flash.
Heron ... 90mm 1/250s @f/4 Kodachrome 100VS
Quebec city zoo. I had a fence in front of me. I shot wide
open with the lens right on the fence so I would not show in the final picture.
The E100vs is a great film in terms of grain and saturation. But be careful with
skin tones as you will end up with some orange cast on the skin.
Tree in Leesburgh... 90mm 1/30s @ f/5.6 Provia 100F (RDP III)
This tree stands near the highway close to Leesburgh. I shot
it the same morning as the "Foggy Creek" one. I love Provia 100F as it
turns really sharp pictures and a palette closer to the Kodak one than the
Velvia (highly saturated red and green).
Sunrise... 90mm 1/60s @ f/4 Kodachrome 200
Shot in Virginia Beach.
