Can I contact Contax in my country by email?Yes. If not your individual country, certainly your region has an email address. Is the Contax response to email questions prompt?No. What is done to the G1 when Contax modifies it to use the 21-mm. and 35-mm.lenses?The turn-out distances for focusing the two lenses are added to the camera’s electronic memory. My camera is a gray G1 without the green spot. I have to have it modified by Contax to use the 35 mm. and 21 mm. lenses. Will they do it without charge?If you buy a new, non-gray lens, Contax will modify your G1 without charge. If you buy a new or used gray lens, Contax may balk. Does Contax maintain a Users Forum?No. Does Contax maintain a web site where I can display my work?No. Contax USA has the Contax Challenge where certain photographs taken with Contax equipment are displayed.
